These guys just came up and kille me and my friends.

They had no reason at all. Earlier today we had some verbal altercations with them but i have never made any threats to them

It was called out to me by Frank Fernando that he had KOS, I walked into bazaar and he pointed me in the direction.

@Skupid is his fourms profile should have more information I was just acting off what I was told

I have texted him on discord, hopefully he responds soon! Rowley should be able to check /org chat to see Frank did indeed call it out to me. It happened about 1 minute before this mans death for reference.

I myself only acted off information that was relayed to me, I did not personally break any rules. Best of luck!

Hello, I was in that Shop When all three said that if i come in to the Shop again i Will get Killed, So tht is action of threat to life = KOS, They also pulled out a gun on me. This was not Hansi tho that was Deshawn Shmid, But all of them three did threten me

Regardless anyways if they threatened him over basically nothing thats a significant enough threat to life that I would say it was valid personally. We had a similar F6 recently where I asked you to get Galles advice on the matter, you dont threaten someones life for no reason, it isnt as if he was gun pointed away similar to Goblins Ban Dispute earlier

"They also pulled out a gun on me" Pulling a gun out even in passive during a trivial/verbal matter is also a threat of lethal force to my knowledge, I was directly told that by a staff member (if needed I can pull up receipts) previously which is also KOS.

I am almost dead certain he said your name specifically, I even double checked before I shot you hence why I have asked for the logs twice to verify.

I do remember him telling me he had KOS on "that group over there" very vaguely because it was 4 days ago so regardless the responsibility falls on Frank to make sure hes calling out the right people for KOS

After reviewing the demo:

@Skupid - You had no valid reason to call KOS, the user said to you "if you come back in my shop"... that's all he was saying.

@Mushroom - You killed the wrong person that was called out for KOS, chat logs show this.

Skupid - You will receive a warning for 2.5.
Mushroom - You will receive a ban for 2.5, there was police in the area but we cannot confirm wether you have seen them or not, so you will not be punished for this.
