Suggestion Title: Individual org xp
Suggestion Description: The idea is to give every organisation member an XP meter for various categories like combat and crafting. This way you can easily see who’s actually gaining XP within the organisation. Only members of the organization will be able to view individual stats.

Why should this be added?:
- this would make it so much easier for organizations to look at the strengths and weaknesses of their members. And would generally just be a good addition to the organization leaderboard!

What negatives could this have?:
- I have been attempting to find some but have been unsuccessful.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: This is not a problem but a desirable feature.

Please consider this as it would be a significant improvement. For example, it would be possible to say “shut up headline, I have more XP in combat than you”.

Orgs shouldn't all be about contributions

I dont understand why people dont want this. it will show who does the most stuff in the org so people will know if you have been grinding if your friend is in NA times while youre in eu

If used for the correct reasons as specified in the suggestion I'd say it would be great to check for the strength and weaknesses of each individual player so that org leaders can have a chat with those people whom do great and give them a bonus, and have a chat with those whom do poorly to have them improve.

Although the idea seems fine, it is just gonna lead to toxicity as people will just start comparing their stats out of the org to other people.
If this gets added it should be limited to the owner of the organisation only.
That way if this leads to drama it can always be lead back to the person's who shared that information to cause it.

Let's be real. If you are unironically using org xp to be toxic, you should just leave the server lmao

There should be no harm in having it as I hopefully believe people aren't serious enough to be toxic and or cause problems cause timmy hasn't gained much org xp this week

Honestly Do not mind this; When I ran an org I had a low amount a week set for the members; this so if a member had a rough time with growing or kept losing guns the money from the org could be used for this; @JuJu can even confirm this.

Honestly Do not mind this; When I ran an org I had a low amount a week set for the members; this so if a member had a rough time with growing or kept losing guns the money from the org could be used for this; @JuJu can even confirm this.

Did the same thing and was called a narcissist. Used all of the funding towards the organization, and with me spending the most time on the server I was always able to cook enough and supply my entire org with guns, meds, grenades, etc pretty much everyday all day. The system would definitely be cool to have.

I believe this is the fix needed to ensure it doesn't turn into a toxicity breeding feature. If a situation does transpire where it's done, leadership can be held accountable.
