Suggestion Title: Scroll wheel for radio volume
Suggestion Description: Add a box to the radial menu with the text "SCRL Up/Down to adjust volume" with a slider underneath and the value to the right which can be adjusted by scrolling up and down whenever inside the radio's radial menu. While this would apply globally (And just be a secondary way to adjust the radio media volume from the existing settings menu) it would be far more intuitive for newer players, and much easier to lower in the event you are driving and the station you've just switched to has a good song, but is just a bit too quiet.
Why should this be added?:
- Easier for newer players, as you adjust the volume in the same screen as the station
- More convenient when driving
- Just flat out more intuitive
What negatives could this have?:
- Could cause confusion as to why it affects all radios, not just that radio
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Quality of life mostly, but given how much there is to read and learn about this server, I think a small thing like this could make it ever so slightly more accessible
