Why should this player be punished?: Coming back after their property was raided, whilst EMS was still on scene etc, stole weapons to hide. I breached the door and found the guns, he had gotten multiple weapons to confess which he refused, and he would've just gotten away with a fine, maybe even just a verbal warning. Due to me having to breach I decided to arrest him.

Something happend right below us in Slums I had to divert my attention to and because of me being alone, he took the chance to run off. Whilst I was still on scene, and he knew he was being chased(His friends even told him that cops was leaving and that he could come back), he ran back into the property and hid inside, despite knowing for a fact we was searching for him, and also the fact he knew I knew that he lived there since I had quite literally just arrested him from in there after having shown keys.

In the end they had planted drugs and the whole situation which could've been solved with a small fine ended up with a shootout where I believe he died.

First of all, i came back to my property after the NLR timer and i asked a officer outside slums that was patroling if its safe to go inside and if its clear, he sayd that hes going to ask dispacher and then gave me a go ahead so i thought it was clear, it wasnt my fault that a officer told me the scene is over and that there was not a single cop on scene who did a proper search for the property to confiscate the guns, the scene was a body cleanup that was going for an end and then i saw few guns laying around in the middle of the apartment that nobody gave a fuck about, so i just hid them and went off with my day. Later on this guy decides to breach the property and threatens me with a report and with a ban that i stored the guns and was talking bunch of crap to pressure me into giving them back, i started denying the accusations of me storing them and then he just makes up his mind and breaches it. After that scene he starts dragging me while i am in handcuff and just in the middle of process of the dragging gets involved in a completely different situation and leaves me unattended so i just run back in handcuffs to my apartment and later on i hear them saying that he put a warrant on me and he will later on hes going to breach with no proof of me being inside. Since i had a warrant now on me i was granted the option to a shootout to void an arrest and thats what i did.

1. There was no dispatcher
2. You absolutely did not speak to an officer as I was the only officer around that area and had just left to bring in a suspect before you entered as that is entirely false.
3. A warrant is NOT grounds to shoot, as it was not a charge worth 7+ years, read the rules
4. I don't recall ever threatening of a ban lmao but okay.
5. The EMS was INSIDE YOUR PROPERTY literally watching you hide the guns, not sure what you are trying to prove here?
6. I arrived back at your property about 1 minute after the EMS reported it, I had to arrested somebody, not sure how that's "Later" indicating it's much later.
7. Yes I breached your property, EMS saw you hide the guns, that is all the evidence I need, make an IA as you so kept frequently stating you would, and see how far that goes.
8. When I arrived EMS was even still inside your property cleaning bodies, and he even directly pointed you out as the guy hiding the gun, idk what you're trynna spin here.
9. I cleared with a supervisor whether I had the rights to breach the property or not, and since I already knew you lived there and that there was no way you could have escaped I had plenty of grounds to breach it again as they were hiding you.

Hiding the guns isn't the problem, you shouldn't have infront of EMS but it's my fault for not noticing cause incase you didn't read which it seems like you didn't, or even review the evidence I posted, I was pretty much alone and I had a LOT to deal with myself. You should have left the apartment when you had the chance and hid, instead you remained in the property knowing I was looking for you. I also am not making a report on you for running, everybody can run to evade a crime, and the crime is worth 5 years, so you running is not the problem.

I dont see how thats relevant whether there was or not although i wouldnt have been aware of any cops then. The report isnt about you entering the apartment, read the report. The raid was over, the report is you staying in an area you shouldnt and resorting to shoot over a crime less than 7 years.

After reviewing all of your statements and the POV provided by @JonelisTrolelis, I have concluded that you did indeed break the rules.

After dying at Slums, you decided to go to the taxi station to wait out your NLR timer in your car while actively watching Slums. Your friend asked the officer if it was safe to enter; however, you did not wait for a response and instead decided to run up the exterior stairs of the Slums building and enter your apartment. Upon seeing that the situation in which you had died was still ongoing, you decided to pick up the guns and hide them directly in front of a medic.

The medic called this out, resulting in you being cuffed and the guns being confiscated. While the officer was arresting you for obstruction of emergency services, you managed to escape due to another situation unfolding. When the officer breached the apartment you were hiding in, you decided to shoot them over a minor offence.

The user will receive a one month ban for:

2.5, 3.4, 3.5 - After dying, the user waited directly outside of their NLR zone while watching the ongoing situation unfold before immediately returning once their NLR expired. They then entered an active police scene before it had been declared safe, committed further crimes by hiding firearms in front of a government employee, and later escalated a minor offence by shooting a police officer to avoid arrest.
