Suggestion Title: Allow guns to be broken down into 75% of its materials
Suggestion Description: With any gun in your inventory you would go to a workbench search for it and click dismantle it would then dismantle the gun (taking the same time as it would to craft) and give you 75% of the guns materials

75% is just a rough guess of what would be balanced

Why should this be added?:
The benefit for winning alot of gunfights is getting a weapon that you don't use or will bassiclay never sell in bazzar. This allows you to dismantle those guns that would just take up space and turn it into the gun you would prefer

What negatives could this have?:
Reduce the variety of guns that are used/sold

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Winning raids and receiving a reward that will never sell / you don't want to use

I personally like this, I’ve got so many guns that I don’t use and never will use from raids.

I would only see this making sense if you can only dismantle guns that haven't been discharged recently or have been in your own storage for longer than a day or week.

Only issues this could have if you start dismantling guns that are required for a refund request due to a rule break which is why a time limit would be good.

Undesirable guns.
All shops are taken so you have to beg shop owners to buy your shit at crafting price which not all do if you look at the first point.
Sales tax is too high and you could do with some crafting materials to fill the gap.
You can't get said guns sold because again, no one wants them unless you put up with some loss in profit.

I don’t see why this idea is so disliked. Seems to me people genuinely have an issue selling guns, especially if they’re not full time crafters. Maybe more shops could be added to the bazaar to combat this but breaking down into materials seems like an easier alternative to a bazaar redesign.

Regarding breaking them down to make cops not be able to get them in a raid, this is the same as removing attachments for that purpose, it would be against the rules

Some weapons are just impossible to sell even at a massive loss. Had multiple bad weapons for sale for 3+ hours at -30% or higher off crafting price and some weapons just wont sell at all. The materials refund could be even lower than 50% and I'd be happy with this feature.

You can sell items such as furniture and other misc. stuff to NPC shop vendors. Guns, components and other illegal items are the exception here.
