Headlight animation

Suggestion Title: Headlight animation
Suggestion Description: When you turn the headlights on, the headlights cover appears faster than normal, I would suggest to reduce the speed of the headlights so it doesn't pop up and down immediately you press the key "F"

Why should this be added?: Would be amazing and awesome, when you turn it on it goes up, and if it doesnt reach the top before i want them down again, they should go down while it is 50-70-90% at the top of less.

What negatives could this have?: Data usage

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People making more suggestions about this.

Aside from the really cool idea above, doing this seems unnecessary. This is more of a nitpick than an actual requirement, and we already got lucky this was even added in the first place considering the amount of things that have much higher priority than this.
