Suggestion Title: Always Audible Footsteps
Suggestion Description: Only sprinting footsteps are audible. This suggestion makes walking footsteps also audible.

Why should this be added?:
- Walking isn't silent IRL
- Less frustrating moments during PvP

What negatives could this have?:
- People don't like hearing footsteps all the time (despite everyone almost always sprinting)

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People silently walking in gunfights leads to frustrating deaths.

I like this, but how about every few walking footsteps makes a footstep.mp3 play, as if EVERY. SINGLE. STEP was audible, it would make people want to rip their ears out, or just add a setting to lower or higher the volume.
