Suggestion Title: Speed bumps
Suggestion Description: Speed bumps to slow down speeders and prevent vehicle collisions and accidents in the city.

Why should this be added?:
- Installing speed bumps would significantly reduce the number of collisions caused by speeding in the city, due to a lack of traffic police, many drivers tend to speed, causing accidents that result in fatalities and serious injuries. Introducing speed bumps forces drivers to slow down, which also reduces the need to allocate police resources to traffic violations, allowing them to be used instead to combat other types of crime.

What negatives could this have?:
- Potential downsides include negative reactions from the local community and the possibility that the speed bumps might not work as expected, motorists could start speeding in other areas further away from the police station, resulting in significantly longer response times from emergency services than before.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: - A significant reduction in collisions caused by inappropriate speeds, considerably fewer personal injuries in traffic accidents, reduced vehicle wear and tear, and lower resource consumption by the police in addressing these issues.

Please note that in sufficient moderation vehicle collisions, wreckages and accidents provide content for a few of the Government jobs. The reduction in said accidents is not necessarily a positive.

I'd argue that they are rarely on because it can get boring. Adding interactable things like this might bring more attention to the role.
Fair point, but where would said speed bumps be deployed? Dispatchers would need cameras aiming at the speed bumps… Additionally, I’m worried that innocent cars may be driving near a pursuit where the bump is used, and then they would be damaged/fly out of control.

So, you know how speeding is a crime? How about, if people speed, they get ticketed, for that crime. No need for speed bumps. Not to mention it will make cops slower to respond to stuff
First of all, am not the one who chooses where the speed bumps go, second of all do you really think most drivers care about a damn ticket?

How about something along the lines of speed cameras that dispatch can operate and use to issue fines immediately?

I feel like speed bumps (as they were in v5) are just asking for people to ramp off and wreck. We've also already got road narrowing in a few places which is far more effective at slowing vehicles down.
