Description of the Bug: I bought a dodge charger 2012, on the website it said stock top speed was 63 mph, even after upgrading my car it still doesnt pass 62

How to reproduce the Bug: Buy a dodge charger 2012, and upgrade it

Time Stamp: 23:00

Errors: The website was wrong, the money i paid was wasted and even after an upgrade it didnt go 73 like the website stated, it didnt even pass the stock top speed

I had the same issue but it should be fixed if u just respawn the car

i have respawned it multiple times over the course of 2 irl weeks, it doesnt help
