Type of Bug: Lua

Description of the Bug: Dodge Charger 2012 underperforms in comparison to price, upgrades, and stats.

How to reproduce the Bug: Own a Dodge Charger 2012 and try comparing it to any car within or even below the same price range. In my instance, I tested it against the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII, a car that costs 70k less stock, with a supposed top speed of 75, while the Dodge Charger should have a top speed of 78. The Dodge Charger 2012 will never reach this speed due to the poor acceleration, despite being double upgraded which should improve acceleration. Both cars tested were double upgraded.
A few other double upgraded cars in the 400-550k price range were also tested. They all beat the Dodge Charger 2012 double upgraded in acceleration, and most of them in top speed as well.
Cars that were tested and beat the Dodge Charger 2012 double upgraded were:
Nissan Silvia, $435k, double upgraded
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII, $440k, double upgraded
Chevrolet Chevelle SS, $445k, double upgraded
Ford Mustang GT, $470k, double upgraded
Subaru Impreza WRX STI, $475k, double upgraded
Audi RS4 Avant, $475k, double upgraded
Scion FR-S, $480k, stock (beats acceleration, not top speed)
BMW M5 E34, $485k, double upgraded
Mercedes ML63 AMG, $495k, double upgraded
Alfa Romeo Giulietta, $510k, single upgrade
Holden HSV GTS, $535k, double upgraded
Volvo S60, $540k, double upgraded
The cars above 510k were obviously expected to beat the charger, but extensive testing was necessary to make sure it is actually the Dodge Charger that is fucked.

One could claim it's the fact that the Dodge Charger has 5 slots and 75kg trunk space, but the Mercedes ML63 and BMW M5 E34 both have 4 slots and 65kg, and still beat the Dodge Charger with ease. Wouldn't make sense for such a massive discrepancy for such a minor increase.

Dodge Charger driving around the map, never coming near the 78 MPH top speed, seemingly stopping at 70-72:
Double upgraded Dodge Charger 2012 vs fully stock Scion FR-S, with Charger losing greatly in acceleration:

Are you 100% sure you double upgraded? as 72mph is the first upgrade: https://paralakecars.store/cars/view/99 (if it indeed it needs to get fixed that it can handle the 78mph but other than that, nah dont change shit.

Also don't compare the other vehicles as all within that range hold the same mph compared to price.
tbh just don't buy such a shit car ;)

The second video of me driving around the city will show me arriving at the upgrade shop at the end, and there you can see it is double upgraded. The cars in the price range 400-540k were tested to ensure that it is actually a problem with the Dodge Charger, and not just one or two cars being faster than they're supposed to.

A lot of cars have this issue, American muscle cars in particular.
