You can mug up to 3 players per hour but you cannot mug the same player twice within that time. You must not mug someone in public places or view or force them out of them. You must also not mug players who are holding guns. You cannot mug when the loss of profit is imminent and you cannot mug City Employees.
You must not use CPR to revive someone only to mug them.
You must not force someone to drop furniture, crafting materials, planter boxes, rare/seasonal items, or premium tokens during a mugging.
You can raid or assist in a raid on an occupied property only twice in a 60-minute period and you must not raid the same property more than once within that time. You must not raid the Police Department more than once every 60 minutes.
If a neighbouring property defends against your raid, you can raid it without it counting as an additional raid.
If you die while raiding, defending, or taking part in an organisation mission, you must not return after respawning.
No more than 2 bombs can be used in a raid, except for grenades.
This rule does not apply to the Mayor’s home or City Hall.
It is mainly for these properties not contributing to your 2-raid limit. But sure, go nuts with bombs on the mayor as wellIk this isn't a new rule but what does 'This rule does not apply to the Mayor’s home or City Hall.' mean? I can use as many bombs as I want?
ITS GOING DOWN, IM YELLING TIMBERRRRRRRRRIt is mainly for these properties not contributing to your 2-raid limit. But sure, go nuts with bombs on the mayor as well
Can we still mug people via running them over since people can't do that cringe bat bs now? Unfortunate you removed the unarmed thing. The following rule changes have just gone live:
- 2.5 Excessive Negativity
NOTE: We will not be returning to the days where players were afraid of killing unarmed players they can hardly see, or players who surprise them. We will continue to be much more lenient than we were before, but we found the surrendering thing too harsh and unintuitive.
- 5.1 Mugging
- 5.3 Raiding and Organisation Missions
If you are certain you wont kill them, yes.Can we still mug people via running them over since people can't do that cringe bat bs now? Unfortunate you removed the unarmed thing.

Does this mean i shouldnt take a bat to a gunfightThe following rule changes have just gone live:

WHY MAN??. Not surrendering addition was the best rule change ever. When you hear a bomb or crowbar if you dont want to be killed just surrender, its not even remotely harsh. Now we gotta deal with cringe kids who hold smgs behind barricade on passive to avoid getting shot. gg
Would it not make more sense instead to have it so if you are behind an obvious base defense, you would be allowed to kill them, as their hands/ lower body is obstructed and harder to see if they are carrying a firearm or not?NOTE: We will not be returning to the days where players were afraid of killing unarmed players they can hardly see, or players who surprise them. Please read the note, this will not get you punished. If you can't tell if someone is armed or not and they've not done a good job of showing you, shoot them. If a player starts running away or darts across your screen as you swing, surprising you... Shoot them as wellWHY MAN??. Not surrendering addition was the best rule change ever. Using bats and cars to disarm and mug isn't changing. The wording was changed from "weapons" to "guns" so that players holding melees (like shovels) are not immune to being muggedCan we still mug people via running them over since people can't do that cringe bat bs now? Unfortunate you removed the unarmed thing.
Tbf this was not clear in the rule nor the note. With these in mind the rule is fine, if I get f6'd I will just refer the mods to this message from now onPlease read the note, this will not get you punished.
