Regarding player health, I think it's pretty well-balanced for normal citizens. However, I believe TFU armor should be nerfed, it currently gives them an unfair advantage compared to normal citizens.

Just eat 2 or 3 pizzas a day, on top of your regular meals, and you should be fine.
