Loving this suggestion, airway system works well here in the UK. Unsure how difficult it'll be to implement but any way to enforce radio protocol and to reduce the aids I'm sure many will be in favour. Only concern is if there's a minger constantly hogging the radio disallowing others to speak...

I can't see it being a problem if there are no EMS and FD on at the time. But I don't know how this will work programmatically as it could unnecessarily become complex.

I agree with all of the above. You end up stacking. but not stacking, offences around "Robbery" so an actual offence for this offence would be ideal.

Ref drugs confiscation, is PLPD Policy/SOPs going to reflect that I wonder? I didn't actually know officers below Corporal couldn't actually confiscate drugs (had never tried)
