You CAN NOT dispute the length of a punishment, only the validity. If you feel the punishment is excessive, make a staff complaint.
since I cannot comment on the AR, just so you know the NPC whom is a Police Officer should have been dealt with straight away as the officer could pretty much pull out her/his gun and shoot you (if it was a person) or alert the rest of the force to your appearance ect.
(also was the front desk and "bandage" npc dealt with since they are in view to which you could have been seen?)
