I think this is a great idea, scamming new players should be instantly counted towards targeting them for 2.5 and should be punished accordingly if they have a new player tag. Any money they were scammed out of could be returned or face punishment

Basically, if you’re dumb enough to get scammed then you deserved to be scammed to begin with.

swaffle is a very good candidate for enforcer in my eyes, every time I’ve interacted with him he’s been willing to help and educate. He’s a bit of a cop main which makes me a little weary of how he would handle crim stuff. I still think he’d be a solid choice tbh for a tryout at enforcer though.
