The issue is cops being able to grab their guns earlier, I think the best way to deal with this is either make the cops have the same time/animation as civilians or give the civilians the same time/animation as the cops (being able to draw their weapon). Your solution still gives cops an unfair...

+1 It would be amazing to have Klown as a helper, his attitude towards me and how I've seen him treat others is excellent. He seems like a really outgoing person and I've constantly seen him responding in help chat and teaching new players new things.

I agree it should be equal, cops shouldn't be able to draw weapons any quicker than civs. Especially when putting your hands up on civ drops your weapons and leaves you slowed.
