I always had a feeling and a passion for enforcing the rules. Always when i went to a real life party I was like. Hey girls, You are not allowed to drink under the age of 18. That's when i realised that perpheads enforcer is my passion. It's not a hobby, It's a lifestyle. I wanna enforce rules 24/7 and make @Collier happy, because I have always let him down.
