To clarify optimisation is one of the final steps, and we aren't there yet. But we are aiming for "not worse" than V5. Better if we can manage it but no guarentees, its a much more complicated map.

Fun concept.
it would be interesting to see empty stores you can furnish and put up your own sign for all around the map. That way, no compressed bazaar exists and therefore no hellhole of fps drop occurs unless there is something that attracted tons of people to that part of the map to do business at that store.

I mean you can purchase Market Stalls or be creative and create your own inspirational hand-made store somewhere you don't cripple on-foot and vehicle traffic. Also, to my knowledge that you can purchase Business Shops, Puffer Market and other Business labeled properties to create your own fancy store.

Nothing, he means instead of a bazaar so that FPS drops are isolated to enclosed buildings rather than one side of the map.

Bazaar works because it is a social area for people who prefer less shooting based gameplay. Splitting it up would mean all shops and players who use them will suffer.

Ye true, really inconvenient for the player too, i'd rather buy guns from 1 location rather than 10 different ones.
