Why should this player be punished?: We got a report of an armed civilian in the bank, after I pulled up I told everyone to put their hands up and Marcus Lamar refused to do so and decided to run away and get into his friends car. I managed to ram them off the road and told them once again to put their hands up which all of they failed to do and instead of putting their hands up started running in different directions... I was then gunned down and unfortunately only had 1 bullet in my mag(((

Oh I actually have a clip of the aftermatch from this where both Marcus and another dude broke gunpoint once again, literally 2 minutes after this after I had gotten DNA I will upload.

Ofc, Marcus Lamar could be taken with a grain of salt as I didn't have proper gunpoint on him, but the old man(Which was who killed you), refused to follow gunpoint aswell again.

He still broke gunpoint as he was clearly was in your line of sight with good margin, and no real place to run and hide without an almost certainty of getting shot if you wished to do so.
