Why were you punished?: i was punished for "not complying under police gunpoint".
Why should this appeal be considered?: Well, firstly, I Do believe i did break 3.4, but i do believe the other guy should be punished aswell, I Was driving my car rather quickly, but then all of a sudden this officer gunpoints me, i cant hear what hes saying, i drive away as i was very confused by the situation, i posed zero threat and was unarmed and he shoots and wrecks my car.
after that, i run away because i was actually very confused on what the fuck just happened, this officer runs after me, tells me to put my hands up, I, still very confused about the situation scream "Im going to kill myself", in which the officer shoots me when i clearly posed zero threat and was unarmed.
I Am very sorry for the 3.4 though, as i was extremely confused about the whole situation, it was very weird and it was around 3 am at the time this happened.
