Suggestion Title: OR booking system
Suggestion Description: Right now it's down to supervisors to organise patrols in the shoutbox, would be nice if cpls and above could mark themselves available at certain times, and officers could book slots for organised patrols

Why should this be added?:
- makes organised ORs easier for people

What negatives could this have?:
- time to develop

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People battling in random places to organise a patrol

Just a suggestion but I don't speak for Inchs. But a tab on the PLPD.online website that says people who have marked themselves available for ORs would be helpful.

Using a calendar based system to ask specific supervisors about the time they are available, something like introducing cal.com as a way of doing this.

For the end user, they would perhaps click a new section on PLPD online and be presented with an almost excel sheet, saying these supervisors are available on these dates at these times, they would click on the 'cell' to book and confirm, then that specific date/time will become unavailable.

Perhaps even automated mail between the two users to confirm.
