Okay So I went through all the evidence provided and Good Job!
The Ranking is as following :
1st - @chopperr with a total of 34 confirmed cop kills (A bit extra if you count the SS he killed as well
)
2nd - @walnash with a total of 11 confirmed kills.
3rd - @Lengend ep with a total of 8 confirmed kills.
I will send the 3 of you a DM asking for you bank number so I can transfer the money
