Punishment Type: Ban
Punishment Subtype: Server Ban
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Tilin
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: 1 Week

Your Steam Name: Policeman
Your Roleplay Name: Roger Halpern
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:572230303

Why were you punished?: 3.15, 3.19 - User ran the red light at intersection at very high speeds, then crashed into a traffic light at 100 MPH. Once an officer started investigating the scene, the user used /desc to skew odds in their favor, by stating a van was sat still in the intersection, when in fact their light just turned green.

Why should this appeal be considered?: I was speeding through intersection and accidently ran a red light at intersection then passing hospital there was a black transit van parked infront of a green traffic light ( I tried explaining to Tilin aswell that it wasnt in my renderdistance and as i was driving up to him the light was already green. ) I also tried to avoid an RTC with the black transit van and i accidently crashed into another traffic light. I then did a /desc which i described my POV and did not give myself better odds and just simply describing my POV and as shown in the evidence the traffic light was already green.

You said that you "accidentally" ran the red light at the intersection going over 100mph and not using your brakes. Do you think that's accidental? Then you kept driving like a maniac and crashed your own car, resulting in it getting wrecked. After this, for whatever reason, you started blaming the Ford transit driver, claiming he was stopped at a green light. However, in your evidence , it is more than clear that he was in motion when you passed him and crashed. Just to remind you, Main street is a 35mph zone, not 100mph. Then about your 3.19 /desc, you said the following: "[Describe] There was a black Transit in the middle of the road causing the RTC (Roger Halpern)." This is not even close to the truth. What happened was that you were speeding 75mph over the speed limit, ran the red light at the intersection, and crashed shortly after. The driver of the Transit didn't cause the RTC.
