Why should this player be punished?: Subject broke 4.1 as he falsified records on the 3rd of July, 2025 claiming I murdered Satella with intend and not by defending myself as they attempted to hit me with a baseball bat which prompted me to open fire, neutralizing her and taking her down (at no point was she executed she simply bled out)

She passed away due to medics failing to respond within an acceptable time and a warrant was placed on me. The result being the police to broke into my property unjustified due to the falsification of the DNA to capture me as of today 5th of July, 2025, the "murder" was DNA'ed on the 3rd of July, 2025

(Not involved, just giving my own thoughts)

Whilst I agree whole heartedly that that was self defense, how would the medic have known? All you said in your 911 call was "need a medic"

Medics also don't have access to the full police computer and can't see things like records and stuff like that.

What could have been done to avoid this when the medic arrived try to explain your side of the story to the best of your ability, ask him to check you for injuries and tell him to mark the DNA as self defense, if all else fails ask for a police officer or supervisor.

Do you see how the medic wrote the text?? "Not self defense, intended murder" to me that sounds like the medic never took my word when I told him it was self defense, besides I can't know and or see what the medic wrote down. It also makes it sound like the medic "witnessed" the whole ordeal based on how it was written except the medic wasn't there when she was shot as but only arrived after she had fully passed away.

I agree with you 100% that the medic was at fault, but my message was intended to try and maybe give a few reasons as to why the medic could have thought it was murder, instead of self defence.

@BigJerome has failed to respond, so I will be requesting his demo to see his point of view.

@SunnyR did you send any messages other than "medic to bazaar"?
I only sent one emergency message to not spam up the call system but as you can see within the picture I sent that the medic arrived 3 minutes after the called was placed, and with Satella having a weak pulse her chances of survival were reduced

The user has contacted me over Discord and has admitted that he wrote that remark without investigating nor understanding the situation, and that he knew it was not intended murder but made no efforts at correcting the remark. As such, I will be issuing a warning for 4.1.

For future reference, however, calling a medic after shooting someone in self-defense is not enough, and you must specify that you have acted in self-defense in the 911 message so an officer can respond as well and conduct all due investigations.
