Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User failed to comply whilst under gunpoint, leading to their death

Why should this appeal be considered?: The incident took place in a RAID situation at Large Subs 2, RAIDERS came in with mutiple orders while first gun pointing on us, they asked us to move away from the house and stay by the car side and await for further orders, while the main leader of the RAIDER asked us to just stay by the car side and stay in the vehicle area until they search the house to see if the house is related with us three, and we complied the orders and stay on the side of the car( by now the RAIDERS still doesnt know we are related with the house or not), then after about 15 secs later, another guy came out from the house and asked us to stay hands clean and dont do anything with the gun( which means we dont pull out the guns on us or do anything), then about 5 more secs later, the police vehicles arrives on scene while we just recived the order from them to put our hands up, then right away the side guy from the RAIDERS shot me or us to death. I got revived after 5 mins, and got reported by someone, I intened to provide evidence and proof of what i said and trying to make an enviromental reason for the admin who banned me to consider the situation but then he failed to let me to provide any further evidence and just banned me for 2 months first then now 4 months.

Additional Information: I have provided the link to let the members of the staff to consider the situation and no matter what I think a complaint about the admin is needed, without checking the evidence of a person, and banning right away is a disgrace.

First of all, me and two others complied all the orders from the RAIDERS since we just got out of the house, we didnt know that they were RAIDERS until they gunpointed on us and giving a list of orders for us to do at first, they asked us to move away from the house and stay on the left side of the house, which is the parking area and stay by the car side and awaits them to RAID THE HOUSE OR SEARCH THE HOUSE IF we are related to the organisation, we complied all the orders from the main guy of the RAIDERS group, then about 20 secs later, the police arriving on scene, and then while they saw the police coming, they started to giving us order with our hands up, they didnt give out orders on surrending before, until they saw the police is coming, I want to disputing the ban, because the staff admin that were dealing with this case is does not take any evidence or proof from me at the same time, I tried to make an report on the situation, but I got banned right away while I just got revied few mins later after the 5 mins of revived time.

and more of that, why would us not comply their orders if we complied all the orders( from the Main leader of the RAIDERS) before the last order, and he( the side raiders) didnt gave us enought time to do the last one and the side raider shot us right away...

Also, based on the situation, I wanted to make an report on compensation on the gun that I was carrying, it was a AI 350( the heavy sniper gun plus a 8x scope), which costed me 120k for it from bazzar, which I just pulled out from the storage of the subs 2, I was trying to raise the problem with the admin, I was totally shocked that I got reported for 3.4, while losing my valuable asset, thats why I also mentioned in the chat with the admin, I intended to compensate for the gun, a 120k, about 6-8 hours of roleplaying as a police officer or a medic... and the admin replied in chat that I am not getting any compensation but a punishment for 3.4, then failed to comply with the demand of evidence or proof that being provided by me, honestly, how would you feel when you face such situation???

As one of the raiders, you were told to put your hands up before we even entered the building. All you three did was just stand around without saying a word looking like Joe Biden trying to form a sentence.

First of all, I am not from China and I does not support CCP in person, and i felt this is being disrespected and offended, I will make an report specificlly on this reply, secondly, you guys told us to what to do and we did exactly what you guys told us to, plus we just came out of the house you guys werent even had the guns out until you guys were close to us, then you started giving us list of orders, we complied all of that, until the police arrived on scene then you asked us to put our hands up, at that point then we realised you guys found out that we may have linkage with the people in the house, as raiders, you guys didnt even advertise for it, so we didnt know you guys were raiding us while we opened the door just to get out of the house, then you guys started to advert for the RAID, this is also out of my mind lol...

Apologies, I didnt know that it was your signature until I checked the history of yours, I sorry for that, but please be noticed that we didnt know that you guys are raiders until you guys came very close to us, thats why we were like, we didnt even know if you guys are with other mates in the hosue , thats why we didnt pull our guns out on you guys before you guys came close and gun pointed us while giving a list of commends
