Suggestion Title: Move Business Shops to the front of Tidal Apartments
Suggestion Description: I always felt like the shop area in front of Tidal Apartments could house some shops themselves. Either moving the Business Shops there, or putting NPC shops or new player shops altogether.

Why should this be added?:
- Business shops are even more underutilized in v6 than v5

What negatives could this have?:
- Map limits
- When shootouts happen, Business shop owners may be in danger

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Useless area in front of Tidal Apartments

I see one slightly negative to this, if tidal is getting raided those shops will turn into swiss cheese and crossfire bait. Not exactly the best shopping experience, but I like the idea of moving them because I quite literally haven’t stepped foot into one yet.

Player owned shops in front of Tidal sounds like Flanker Central for both sides if a raider or defender owns a shop, as it would be within the rules to place defensive props in the owned shop. It sounds interesting, but would that be good or bad for gunplay balance?

A much better idea personally is if they were made to be as soon as you enter business, on the right side where the wall is.
Thes would be superior to bazaar shops that way.

I feel like you can already flank from that part of the map without any player shops
