Suggestion Title: Business shops lighting
Suggestion Description: Lighting in Business shops is utter garbage in V5. This has been improved in V6.

This suggestion aims at helping players distinguish owned vs unowned shops.
The goal would be to keep lights off inside shops that are unowned (better fps, abandoned building look) and turn the lights on once the shop is purchased at bank.

Why should this be added?:
- Better performance if shops are for sale
- Easy to distinguish owned and unowned shops

What negatives could this have?:
- Coding time

This would require them to bake the lightmap multiple times when compiling the map, increasing compile time. Unless they decide to add lights in code for purchased shops, and leave the business shops map default - dark and gloomy, when they're unowned.

Baked lighting is far more performance friendly than what I mentioned above, so it is unlikely they'll do this. In fact, it will contribute to lag when owned over what's currently in V6.

The "added performance" provides little benefit over simply leaving the lights on. And the only gain is ease of viewing in relation to owned vs unowned shops. Not a pro I'd consider much of a pro at all.
