Action Request (Edward Morron

So him and his mates sgtarted harassing us at my shop, Self Depends (Bazzar 2) and after talling them multiple times to leave Edward said in a smug voice "Oh but you're just playing tough, you don't own shit" to which I showed him the sign and it read my name. Then they kept going talking loudly while me and some others were talking business and I pulled out MOssberg to get them to leave, not aiming at them. Then I told them that yes again I own the shop and I have a right to have a weapon if people start acting up. I then misclicked Left click and aimed at him to which his mate shot me which was fair.

However I then come back to my shop after my NLR and suddenly Edward comes too and again starts pointing a revelvor in my face for no reason, where I tell him if he kills me he'll get banned for killing without a reason. Then he starts saying that thats not how it works and starts making fun of me for trying to help the guy not get banned. SO I say fuck it and go to the back to put things for sale to which Edward walk with me and starts punching me and telling me in a smug voice how "He's so scared" and shit like that. I then fire a warning shot telling them to piss off and then gets shot AGAIN which yeah I get why, but they just kept coming back to piss us off for no reason

Also he wasn't the best at english so I had to speak to him in danish but yeah sorry for that
