I do not think killing a cuffed suspect as a police officer or blowing a van full of propane tanks up is exactly “contributing to the roleplay”

Have you realised people who actually roleplay don’t get banned for blowing up vans full of propane tanks, shooting cuffed suspects or the obvious 1.2 rule. I think you need to realise you are not much of a role player yourself when you decide to do these things?
And i feel the only thing i ever see you do is sit here and complain about server issues and than contribute nothing yourself other than breaking clear rules. Even people who roleplay on the server can be punished for things sometimes but when you’re doing these things YOU do the admins are not going to let you walk off free because “i was roleplaying” after commiting clear RDM.
I think you should maybe contribute more yourself before you make these bold statements and i think you should be grateful those “weeks” you got for rule breaks were not actually worse and than collier and other staff were very clearly nice to you.
Please contribute yourself before you start stating “we get banned for roleplaying”

roleplay in da server and on the bazaar, go through bazaar on the shop have casino and funny picture onj wall.. go suburba shoot housing insidew house have planter. /org get van, van ora mayube a ford rapter. bring cole (or Marijuana.) to le forest or house if living in plaec and grow. dont forget lie on raid for table and DEFINITELY do not forgot bondage. if shot by maybe defnder or even PLPD maybe bleeding out if everyone else dead RUN SAFETY first. then fishing, ok fishing in hicktown yeah definitely good. fishing and mushroom found there, but no where else except maybe beach have fish but Definitiely no mushrooms. ok and so what about city? spawn, yep, pd, yep, bank raid.. bank raid giving lots of money and the org experieece for people and lots of that, ok and what about police? they shoot and tfu gear up but sometime sniper. ok and about roleplay? bazer.

nah but realistically its hard to introduce actual decent roleplay situations that can make stuff fun without players taking it too serious, because even if you do, you get stupid people that will roleplay as a "schizophrenic in a manic episode" and attempt to shoot as many officers possible.

i only bomb PD when i have a good enough reason like jailing my friend for 7+ years or getting em killed and giving me or them outrageous sentences even tho we always comply.... thats when the staff team is strictest against us for no reason even when u bomb someones car for mugging you and you accidentally destroy someone elses car even tho he had 7 minutes to move it before the flames reached their car heard the explosion saw the flames and didnt call the fire department
zergers will do anything to get u banned like a few days ago i bombed like 6-8 cars that all belonged to hood rats cuz they all came out of the bunker to mug me and apparently 1 member who didnt partake in the mugging and was a part of the staff team got his car blown up even tho he was inside the bunker and i've got a warning for that....
so i blew up like 6-8 cars that belonged to everyone who mugged me and accidentally blew up 1 car who wasnt a part of the mugging even tho he was associated with the org and was inside the bunker while it was happening and still i got a warning....
or when i saw pufferfish himself report a new player cuz he lost a 15k rifle to a sweater with a pistol who was helping his friend defend their lakeview hotel room
there is a clear issue with zergs except for the ones who arent miserable and actually enjoy roleplay like paralake ballas

This is going to sound like a wild take from a staff member my perspective on rule breaks is twofold:
1. if no one minds, it's fine (obviously, some rules are excluded from this such as 1.2, 2.8 etc
2. if a significant amount of planning / it's a fairly unique situation, consideration will be given to the amount of planning gone in and any considerations made to the mitigation of harm.
A lot of people RDM me. Sometimes I spawn in dead because someone has noticed me in spawn and beaten me to death. I simply don't care. I'm not going to enforce every single rulebreak committed against myself and even if I do, it's usually just a quick word or a "not today, I'm not in the mood." There are avenues you can take with people before staff have to be dragged into it.
I have much more fun on the server accepting that I don't really care about money, org xp, or whatever, the real reason I'm here is to enjoy my silly little interactions with other community members. Running stupid side hustles or running over eddie sock on sight. Obviously, the solution is not "dont report someone," but, if the actions they took were obviously not meant to affect you super negatively, were easily refundable by said person, and most importantly *funny*, then like, don't have a cow man. This is how I play perp, and I'm much happier for it.
Our goal as a community should be to have a welcoming enviroment where cooperation prevails. Staff would ideally be there to remove bad actors and low quality players, but a lot of the time we're just tools used by two sides in an argument that's been started over a little bit of cockiness and a lost raid.
Anyway, I'm closing this, it's just devolved into a completely unrelated argument and I'm getting bored of deleting disrespectful posts from people arguing in bad faith.
