Why should this player be punished?: pushing me off a rooftop for no valid reason with no previous interactions. I also believe they decided to jump off the roof later in the situation aswell.

I can confirm he did jump off afterward. Two other TFU officers and I were attempting to talk him down for like five minutes. Eventually, he jumped down onto the balcony and fled, and we lost sight of him. I then went to my car, at which point he jumped from the roof and landed next to it. I dragged him to the hospital, where I revived him with the NPC, and then arrested him for a 6.5, as I could not prove he pushed Tyler off the roof.

I have spoken with the user in-game.

I can see that you @tylerye were randomly pushed off a roof to your death, although after reviewing the users demo to see what happened with their fall to their death, I can confirm that it was not done intentionally, rather accidentally, when attempting to hold themselves hostage for other officers to negotiate for. However, whilst reviewing the demo, I have came to the conclusion that 3.4 was still violated as the user failed to comply with demands given to them whilst they were under gunpoint.

The user will be banned for 1 day for violating rule(s) 2.5 & 3.4

2.5, 3.4 - User randomly pushed an officer off the slums roof, resulting in their death, when gunpointed by another officer, the user ignored their commands.
