Why should this player be punished?: I gun pointed him in a dealer location with no one around and he did not get out the car and comply instead he shot me and my friend

That first gunpoint they did I’m pretty sure my already have had done the movements before I heard get out the car by which time I was already moving. And second gunpoint I slowed down and stopped but when they began shooting my car I was in danger so I drove to cover I won the fight

First gunpoint its hard to see he was gping me there as I was focused on the person to the right. And when i heard the commands i was already moving. You can tell when i crashed into the barricade behind me I accelerated but saw i was being full gpd so u can see me brake but then they started blasting me so i had to save myself
