Why should this player be punished?: User lurked around active bank robbery for long period of time that could ended up risking his life as you can see on my clip we were going the parking lot while fighting cops and as you can see he sat there and watched instead of running away.

When I respawned I was not aware of the bank robbery and went there to buy a property, hence why my car was there.

I was not fully aware of the situation as between movements I was tabbing out doing work (which is my fault) whilst awaiting my car, however I was not at any time given any warning to run, there was nobody you were shooting at close to me and I was quite a distance away. You can even see in the clip yourself that nobody within your group was aiming towards me.

You can see that when I was fully aware of what was happening and the TFU ran towards you, I did run away as at that point my life could have been in danger.

Why would you run to the bank to buy property while there is an active bank raid as you can see the windows were closed... and many police cars were parked up the front makes it obvious doesn't it

I wasnt aware there was an active bank robbery, as I just stated. When I respawned there was no gunshots and the bank shutters remain down for a short time after the bank raid has been completed, which is evident by the fact that you and your group had already managed to push out of the bank. The cop cars could have been there due to the fact that the cops had died and not respawned yet.

@tylerye After reviewing the videos and hearing both sides of the story, I have determined that you broke 3.4. If the bank shutters are down, you are not permitted to approach or remain anywhere near the bank.

For this incident, along with the other AR against you, you will be receiving a 1 day ban 3.4 and 3.5. - User returned to the situation where he previously died and failed to stay at a safe distance. In a separate situation, entered the area of an active shootout.
