Why should this player be punished?: Player returned to previous situation he died in, as you can see on my Evidence Link i gave him warning shot but still he waited then he left and again he went around industrial 3 and watched us while we transport drugs from the property he previously died in. Aswell i am not sure put i think he putted car bomb on my car for some unknown reason.

If he did put the car bomb he did it before he died and he somehow remember there is a car bomb i am pretty sure that was the reason for him to lurk around like that.

I returned to the place I died as it was my base, when you shot at me I left the immediate area and parked behind the cover of industrial 3, which was far away from the area. There was only an issue with it as you were looking for me, at the distance I was at you were very barely within render. I think its worth noting that you had been at the location for approximately 7-10 minutes as I did not return straight away. I was also told you were intentionally camping for me and awaiting my return by someone who was in the area, of which I can get a clip for if necessary. In the position I was in I was in no way of me having any sort of interaction with the situation other than you forcefully bringing me into it.

The bomb was put on your car a while before after you killed my friend (logs can prove this is the case), you just didnt use your car until then which is not my problem.

Edit: I also think the claim that me "somehow remembering there was a carbomb" and that being the reason I was there was a bit of a reach, once again it was my base. Of course I will return after dying there.

I dont really get what your point is here. Yeah I knew they were our drugs as they were from our base, just as I knew that they were some of your drugs too as other people from your organisation had been basing there for some time too? There was no actions taken from me knowing this, I very simply just sat there doing nothing out of the way waiting to go back to my base.

You tried insiding by mugging as and fauled unfortunatly and then removed our keys if you wre simply sitting there after you knew were transporting your stuff and i even gave u warning shots but you never left and decided to stay there and watch by risking your life i couldve killed you if the bomb didnt explode

Again, your reiterating the same point. When you initially gave me warning shots, I drove away to a position that was significantly further away. When you gave me warning shots a second time you blew up there instantly. If the bomb didnt explode I would have moved away once more to a further position. Saying "if the bomb didnt explode" is merely speculation and hypotheticals as it didnt explode.

I sat a significant distance away, outside of my NLR zone to await a return to my base. This is something that is commonly done.

Yeah I mean, render distance is quite far? If render distance was considered too close of a distance I'm sure the NLR range would match it?

All i can say is this if there werent car bomb you wouldve been dead cos i already warned you once

How would that be possible after i disable your car ? in a single full spray again you are risking your life

From the logs, the car bomb was placed before this incident, so the car bombing was valid.
