Suggestion Title: Police tape for a specific type of barricade
Suggestion Description: I realize that Police tape has been suggested over and over again but would like to bring this back as I think this would somewhat work in combination with the models/perpheads/props/traffic_cone_6.mdl model (the tall and thin one) "traffic cone" that is not used a lot by Officer's in my experience.
Placing two or several of this particular cone together should automatically link them and create a Police tape near the tip. Only a maximum of 4 to 5 cones should be able to be linked and would need to be placed in close proximity with a maximum distance/area of 4 meters or less. There is a small example at the image section on how this could look like with a random Police tape material tool I found from the workshop.
These should not have any collision what so ever, walking through them should not break it to prevent from minges constantly breaking it to not break any rules or laws to not break 3.4 and put their freedom at risk.
If the cones however are placed further away or somehow get displaced the ropes should disconnect in order to prevent performance issues if this somehow a concern.
Why should this be added?:
-A more obvious type of barricade and area closure tool as the range of barricades can be limited and also sometimes annoying with how they stop player movement.
What negatives could this have?:
-Ropes could be expensive for performance if too many are placed in an area. Would need to be limited to prevent abuse.
-The cvar rope_rendersolid 0 makes this useless and would need to be blacklisted so every player would be able to see the tapes (depending on how this is implemented, I'm no expert~)
What problem would this suggestion solve?: Nothing in particular but would be an addition to make crime scenes or closed areas more obvious instead of using traffic cones to close down a exterior or interior space. And in general it looks nicer and like an actual crime scene.
(Note: I do realize that the cone that I suggested is also a traffic cone so there is irony in what I just wrote, shh).
