Description of the Bug: Dispatch: Focus taken away when new incident comes in
How to reproduce the Bug: If you are editing/typing in the description of an incident on the Dispatch Computer, and another incident comes in, you are suddenly taken out of focus and lose whatever you were typing and whatever unit(s) you had selected. This is infuriating.
