Suggestion Title: Action request notification for in-game players
Suggestion Description: Like the PLPD.Online system that reminds you of outstanding IA's made on you or that need an answer when you sign up for duty (I only ever had like 1 IA on me so I don't remember this well enough, sorry), I believe it would also be beneficial to have have a similar system for action requests on the forums.
How it works is as follows:
When a staff member has assigned themselves to the AR they can send a notification to a player which they will get once they're in-game on top of the screen that can be interacted with like organisation invites. Only by interacting with it should it disappear, which staff can also see the status of. If they're already in-game and a notification gets sent it should still appear.
This pop-up will always come once you join the server unless acknowledged by pressing a button, the AR gets resolved or removed by the staff member who has sent the notification or expires after a set duration by the staff member.
Staff members can send these notifications through https://bans.perpheads.com/ on a new tab just for notifications. All they need to do is fill out the SteamID of the person they are investigating, link the action request made as well as a time limit for expiration of said notification.
(Optionally) Those that have a Discord account linked can also get a DM from the PERPHeads bot that an action request was made on them.
Why should this be added?:
-New players who don't have forum accounts get made action requests on them all the time. By sending these in-game notifications that need to be clicked away it will ensure that they reach out to the relevant staff member and/or sign up to the forums.
-Not everyone constantly checks the forums for new content and especially not within a 24 hour time window minimum that we give.
What negatives could this have?:
-More useless sign ups and accounts.
-Non-issue as staff members already do their best to contact these people even if they don't have a forum or Discord linked.
-The notification can be annoying and obstructive during the middle of a situation if not implemented correctly.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: New players are more likely to give answers to an outstanding action request on the forums as well as for more established players that don't check the forums regularly.
