Punishment Type: Warning
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Tilin
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Not Applicable
Your Steam Name: T1M3_L1N3
Your Roleplay Name: Emma Yukimura
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:889481903
Why were you punished?: 3.4 - User went to comment on a shootout of an apartment underneath them whilst officers were on scene, resulting in their weapon getting confiscated. The user proceeded into the apartment regardless of the fact that a grenade flew out of it mere seconds ago.
Why should this appeal be considered?: As I stated in my former dispute:
"If you do not agree with the absolving of the warning, then I understand. In that situation, I do ask if you can change it,"
My warning states I went to comment on 'a shootout' of *an* appartment beneath me. This is simply incorrect. The usage of 'a' and 'an' distance me from the situation. So, the warning is not correct. THE shootout was a RAID on MY appartment.
I was already shooting before the officers were there and I already announced myself when they were moving up. The only reason I was above my own appartment, was because I tried to get high ground, for when he would leave. I even gave the officers information about the home when they were done. I told Cameron Bleed (OIC) that it was MY appartment. He did not care and refused to let me show my keys. He said I should return to my appartment. They never checked the computer beforehand, I guess?
So what I want to ask, is if you could change the warn description from;
3.4 - User went to comment on a shootout of an apartment underneath them whilst officers were on scene, resulting in their weapon getting confiscated. The user proceeded into the apartment regardless of the fact that a grenade flew out of it mere seconds ago.
To;
3.4 - During a raid on the User's Regals appartment, the user approached the officers on scene unarmed from above, just before a grenade flew out. When the raider was killed, the user proceeded into the appartment. This resulted in their weapon getting confiscated
Additional Information: I am simply unhappy with the warn description. I can see how it might be a 3.4 warn, sure. But it is not right to write this as some sort of minge-ish counter raid. I am not completely stupid. I knew the situation was over when I came in, but I can see that the officers did not know that. I just want the warn to be clear about who the owner was and why I went down.
The words in capitals are not angry words, they are written like that to underline them.
