@Dick Harris To the mayor who manages to get himself into more trouble than anyone I've ever seen despite 1% sales tax and high pay, I want to commend you for your commitment to the city. Even though I don't speak to you often, every time I do it's always a blast, even if it usually starts with you getting blasted.

Seriously though how do you manage to get shot at least every hour as mayor?

Had a good couple of hours playing with Dick Harris today. It’s telling that the next mayor after he resigned was assassinated by around 7 players, (20% Sales Tax, Police State, Armed Deployment). He’s a really great character and a great laugh.
