Server Suggestion Unit Radio for Dispatchers

So this suggestion i never been a diospatcher and i wouldnt know how good this suggestion is but i will be upvoting this because this guy is a dispatcher and it probably is a good suggestion

Dispatch should be able to join units/incidents and talk to them directly and then have its own dispatch only unit for talking to other dispatchers as opposed to just a flat out normal dispatch only button. IRL we would have dispatch occasionally enter the TAC channels to talk to firegrounds directly if it is important incidents or as a status check sometimes if something has been going on for an extended period.
