Suggestion Title: Bank manager NPC
Suggestion Description: Bring back the bank manager from V5 that lets Police and bank raiders open up the vault (after it has been cracked) to potentially retrieve stuck people and other items that could be lost inside. It doesn't make sense that the vault automatically closes after some time when it has been cracked, potentially trapping people inside it forever.
People that are stuck inside the vault room cannot be helped and need staff intervention by opening the vault with the god stick.
Interacting with this NPC before starting the bank robbery and if you're visibly armed should contact the authorities just like previously.
Why should this be added?:
-Previous feature that made sense to use in case someone or some thing gets stuck inside with no chance of retrieval.
What negatives could this have?:
-If I remember correctly, the amount of NPC's were cut down as a means to optimize performance but I don't think one extra NPC inside the bank would hurt for gameplay reasons as bank robberies are regular.
-The bank manager can be put in the office with the fancy breen desk on the second floor. Bank raiders can use the bank manager as a meat shield. Perhaps replacing them with a phone or a button would be a better idea in order to mitigate this.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: People getting stuck in the vault, bank raiders and Police alike.
