Punishment Type: Warning
Appeal Type: Dispute[Evidence]
Which staff member issued the punishment?: @Exnem
How long were you banned/blacklisted for?: Not Applicable
Your Steam Name: Userone
Your Roleplay Name: Michelle Jefferson
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:44251175
Why were you punished?: 2.5 warning
Why should this appeal be considered?:
Exnem claims that when two strangers follow you, one of them armed with an AK-47 on his back, and the other runs up to you and says "put your hands up," that it's unreasonable to assume that it's a robbery.
It is reasonable to assume you're being robbed when a group of two people chases you down, one armed, and the other says "put your hands up." Doesn't matter how politely he said it, robbing someone with a gun is not polite and justifies an imminent deadly response, not just morally, but legally too.
Remove the false warn.
Additional Information: Thank you.
