Why should this player be punished?: 3.4, Player Alfonso Cicco, user escalated a simple traffic stop into a jail sentence, and made officer's chase him around city only to be caught in the end. He was not warranted, he wasn't raiding someone, he just took off from an officer as he was getting pulled over.

Timestamps: At the beginning of the clip, I first responded and then followed him around until at mark 1:03 where I ANPR'd his car, and it's evidence that display's that it wasn't stolen, nor was he warranted. He would then continue to avoid police, for 4 minutes. Skip to when we caught it, I asked a Senior Officer, Aiden Williams, why the suspect flee, and he then said to me that he was just about to give him a ticket, then he took off. this being at timestamp 4:53

The traffic stop in my opinion was unwarranted in the first place, as an officer told me to drove on the wrong side of the road to get around something. I was then subsquently attempted to be pulled over for driving on the wrong side of the road - despite being told by a cop.

It's weird you feel the need to raise an AR when this was dealt with by a Sgt (Paul Schmidt), on scene. As soon as I was under GP, I exited the vehicle so outside from evading the cops what rule did I break to constitute breaking rule 3.4 Putting your Life at Risk?

The rules state; You must not take actions that put your life, safety or freedom from jail at serious risk without a good reason. Your clips shows that I successfully managed to evade 2 RTO vehicles in a much slower vehicle, and only being caught due to me crashing and a great spike strip from Sherriff Aiden Williams, which leads me to the question which rule did I break Officer Daniel Coates?

I will respond to your claims and try to explain why I believe that you did break 3.4, I will make it as detailed as possible so you could understand what you did wrong.

1. Just because you feel that it was unwarranted for you to get pulled over, doesn't mean that you should drive away and escalate the situation into a Police Chase, if you believe that what the officer did was wrong and unwarranted that's what an IA is for, this still does not justify failing to stop for an officer and escalating the situation into an all out chase.

2. Just because it was dealt by a Sergeant, does not mean you haven't broken the rules. Sergeants are not staff members, they don't enforce the rules, they enforce law's and policies. There's a difference between server law's, and server rules. And the rule you broke was that you escalated a minor, harmless traffic stop that would have ended with you just getting a ticket had you cooperated, into a PD chase that is a felony, and can land you in jail for 5 years. That's what it mean's by "You must not take action's that put your life, safety or freedom from jail at serious risk without a good reason."

3. You didn't successfully evade police, as we were still searching for you, which then led us to finding you in the end. And even if you hadn't been caught, you still put your freedom from jail at serious risk, which still falls under 3.4 at the end of the day.

Because I was unlawfully being pulled over, having just followed another officers instructions - initially. When Daniel attempted to pull me over, I had already evaded cops and therefore felt it was justified to continue running.

PD was literally just minging about 2 minutes prior on market street, where I had punched the mayor several times. I am shocked he’s even raising an AR as this no way ruined his roleplay experience nor impacted him negatively.
