how do i know when i can appeal cus i got banned for attempted mass rdm but i have no idea when i can appeal cus i heard its 3 months till i can appeal but is it exactly 3 months?

You can realistically make a ban appeal whenever you want. However it is usually recommended to apologise after waiting half the duration of your ban out or more.

i believe that u should make one around next month or towards the end of the month as its best to wait out most of your ban but its your choice

You have 8 days remaining until you'd be free to appeal at the half-way mark.
As others have said, you can make one whenever you want, but a huge majority of appeals made in the first half of a punishment are usually not accepted or even considered.
Disputes do not follow this logic and can be made immediately, however they are entirely for challenging the validity of a punishment and thus require evidence to prove it wrong.
