That's one of the huge benefits of having a crowd-funded project. There is no publisher to rush the release, and the developers have free hands to create the game that they want to create.

Why would he be afraid of pulling out his gun if you already started shooting at him? I haven't watched the demo, but based on what has been said, you just seem frustrated that you lost the "fight" and your gun.

1 or 2 corpses blocking a whole stairway is not very realistic. Of course, I haven't tried walking past a corpse in real life, but I'd imagine it would be like walking past any other object. It'd only make sense that you could walk past it, instead of shaking on top of it and glitching inside...

You should then be able to still drive when a ticket have been issued. The police can then impound your car or put you in jail if you refuse to pay the ticket. Being unable to drive any car when having a ticket in your pocket is really annoying. Especially when you are cop and can't drive a...

This is something I pointed out some time ago. Got hit by a car? You're fucked. Your head got obliterated by a .50 cal sniper rifle? As long as the medics revive in 5 minutes to revive you with a defibrillator, you're good to go.
