The more high rank that does CPR the higher the chance of the person getting up. Also you can actually give them a better pulse if multiple people do CPR at once.

You haven't been Firefighter for long and it shows! I don't know what Rank you are but I am Crew Manager and I've seen tons of people get up with CPR. Have 4 Crew Managers on someone and the chance is quite high, mind you it increases with Rank!
