6.1 makes some minor changes to Office that may help with the issues you are describing so I will close this for now. If after 6.1 you think there is still problems make a new suggestion and I will look into a possible larger redesign in the future.

While technically possible, it would require us making changes to every vehicle for it to work, so from a time perspective it is infeasible.

With the removal of a specific building in V6.1 I want to keep this property as a more open space for now.

The junction will remain the same BUT I will move the power line and sign so you can cut the corner over the grass.

It was removed due to a bug with the GMC that meant you couldn't climb into the back. Once we have managed to fix that it will be added back. No ETA on that.

Reward is too low to be worth doing, any higher and there would be shootouts. With ATMs always placed in the places with lots of pedestrian foot traffic we don't want to encourage shootouts in those areas. We are up for new missions at some point but it will not be ATM related.

It has already been done

It is already well known bazaar has been reworked for 6.1. Some players have already seen it and have given a positive reaction. It is now mostly single floor and goes back to 9 shops. It remains completely enclosed now with metro connection as these changes were done for performance reasons...
