It's a model, not brush. It can't be changed as easily. Maybe I'll get to it in the future if I do any more work to the training area and have time. Also if it was brush you'd want invisible, not nodraw. Otherwise it could cull entities behind it.

Feel free to make a rule suggestion if you think things could be clearer, but it is intentional that you can grow outside of a base under the right conditions.

We're not adding the ability to save bases. There is also no plans to extend the prop limit (with the possible exception of those with a bazaar shop). The limit is in place so people don't build massive base defences with hundreds of props. Realistically the only time outside of a bazaar shop...

This is just not possible. Paralake uses many many static props, including whole buildings which are made entirely of models. Changing the lightmaps from a light_environment requires naming the entity, and doing so disables static prop lighting, which is required to create any sort of decent...
