Suggestion Title: Sergeants demote options
Suggestion Description: Allow Sergeants to demote people for more than 30 minutes.

Basically, whenever demoting someone, be able to choose between 30 minutes, 1 hour and 5 hours. Also you could add a "Request for a longer demotion from staff" Or something along those lines, in case the situation requires an even larger blacklist.

You could add this button on the scambans page or whenever you confirm the demotion via the f3 computer, you can just extend it

Why should this be added?:
- Allow Sergeants to deal with situations regarding demotions quite a bit more easily, not having to make an f6 for every blacklist if they require one.

- Easier to deal with demoting

What negatives could this have?:
- Isnt necceseraly needed, however it would be quite nice to have and not be required to make an f6 every time.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Constantly making f6s/disturbing staff for extended demotions

I personally don't see why you would need this. You can easily link the player's Scambans record for the blacklist in a report and just request an extension with provided evidence. It doesn't take us that long to review them, and I'm fairly sure it's the way it is so it's not abused in any fashion.

I do think maybe 1 hour instead of 30 minutes would be a fine change personally though, as 30 minutes doesn't achieve much.

Sergeants aren't staff. They have the option to demote in order to quickly get someone off a job as there is often a wait time to get an issue seen by staff, but staff should always still be contacted to verify and handle actual long term punishments. Sergeants aren't trained in handling administrative situations, which is why they cannot give out actual punishments past removing someone from the job for a very short period.
