The reason no one does these is because they don't make money and money is the only thing people care about. Perhaps if the admins could find a way to reward people for making interesting RP more people would try to do it but as of now there isn't much of a point.

I always think one of the biggest objectives of PERP, among other things, is to get the best car, or have enough money to finally get your dream car. It's not to hard, Use your in game phones GPS app and noclip around the place in single player. Just be careful if your playing a gov. job, as people can get pretty annoyed if the medics are whatever do not know where to go.

Good point never thought of this! Perhaps the admins could make some kind of list and if the person rejoins within a very short time span it could prove that they were just lying or something along those lines. Thanks for seeing this flaw :)
