    Will this PC be able to run PERP at least 20fps?

    Hi there, so at the moment I'm using a 650 ti and a amd 6600k and get around 10 fps when lots of cars are around. I'm now about to upgrade to a I5 - 4570, GTX 760, 8GB RAM.
